互联网+全程慢病管理模式对高血压慢病的疗效研究

Therapeutic effects of the whole-course chronic disease management mode based on internet plus on hypertension

目的研究基于互联网+的全程慢病管理模式对高血压慢病患者的疗效。方法选取2016年1月至2017年1月收治的74例高血压慢病患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法,依据不同的管理方式,将其分为观察组和常规组,每组37例。观察组基于"互联网+全程慢病管理模式"对患者进行管理,常规组基于常规的管理模式,比较2种管理模式对高血压慢病患者的治疗效果。结果与管理前相比,2组高血压慢病患者各项指标显著优于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组管理后各项各项指标均优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后,观察组收缩压和舒张压均显著低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理半年后,观察组患者的收缩压和舒张压的降低幅度显著优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理半年后,观察组高血压慢病患者并发症发生率为5.40%,常规组高血压慢病患者并发症发生率为29.73%,观察组显著低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于互联网+全程慢病管理模式,其能够改善高血压慢病患者的各项指标,能够降低患者的收缩压和舒张压,更能够降低患者的并发症发生率,应广泛应用于临床实践中。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of the whole-course chronic disease management mode based on internet plus on hypertension. Methods A total of 74 patients with hypertension who were admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2016 through January 2017 were enrolled as research objects,who were randomly divided into observation group（ n = 37） and regular management group（ n = 37） according to random number table and different management modes.The aptients in observation group were treated by whole-course chronic disease management mode based on internet plus,however,the patients in regular management group were treated by conventional management mode. After management the curative effects were observed and compared between two groups. Results After management,the indexes of chronic diseases in both groups were superior to those before management（ P〈 0. 05）,moreover,,which in observation group were superior to those in regular management group（ P〈 0. 05）. In addition the levels of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in observation group after management were significantly lower than those in regular management group（ P〈 0. 05）,moreover,which in observation at half a year after management the levels of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were significantly lower than those in regular management group（ P〈 0. 05）,Besides at half a year after management,the incidence rate of complications in observation group and regular management group were 5. 40% and 29. 73%,respectively,which in observation group was significantly lower than that in regular management group（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The whole-course chronic disease management mode based on internet plus can improve various indexes of chronic disease in patients with hypertension,reduce the systolic BP and diastolic BP,especially can decrease the incidence of complications,therefore,which is worth using widely in clinical practice.
