坤泰胶囊结合快步走对更年期症状的影响

Effects of Kuntai capsule combined with brisk walking exercise on the symptoms of patients with climacteric syndrome

目的观察坤泰胶囊配合健康快步走锻炼对更年期症状的治疗作用。方法选择门诊就诊的110例更年期综合症患者,随机分成单纯坤泰胶囊治疗组和坤泰胶囊配合健康快步走组。比较2组在治疗1周、4周和12周时Kupperman评分,以及2组在治疗12周后的疗效。结果重复测量方差分析显示:分组主效应和时间主效应均呈显著性(P<0.01),且两者存在交互效应(P<0.05)。多重比较显示:2组治疗1周、4周和12周时的Kupperman评分均显著低于治疗前(P<0.01);坤泰胶囊运动组的Kupperman评分在治疗1周、4周和12周时均显著低于坤泰胶囊组(P<0.01)。治疗12周后,坤泰胶囊运动组的疗效高于单纯坤泰胶囊组(P<0.05)。结论坤泰胶囊结合快步走运动比单纯口服坤泰胶囊更有效地缓解更年期综合征症状。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of Kuntai capsule combined with brisk walking exercise on the symptoms of patients with climacteric syndrome. Methods A total of 110 patients with climacteric syndrome who were treatment in outpatient service of our hospital were randomly divided into simple Kuntai capsule treatment group and Kuntai capsule combined with brisk walking group（ combination treatment group）. The Kupperman scores at 1 w,4 w and 12 w after treatment and therapeutic effects after 12-week treatment were observed and compared between two groups. Results The repeated measure analysis of variance showed that both main effects of grouping and main effects of time were significant（ P〈 0. 01）,and there was a significant interaction effects between them（ P〈 0. 05）. Multiple comparisons showed that the Kupperman scores at 1 w,4 w and 12 w after treatment in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment（ P〈 0. 01）,moreover,which in combination treatment group at 1 w,4 w and 12 w after treatment were significantly lower than those in simple Kuntai capsule treatment group（ P〈 0. 01）. In addition the therapeutic effects in combination treatment group after12-week treatment were significantly higher than those in simple Kuntai capsule treatment group（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Kuntai capsule combined with brisk walking exercise can more effectively alleviate the symptoms of patients with climacteric syndrome.
