粪便涂片检查在诊断肠道菌群失调患者中的应用进展

Application progress of fecal smear in diagnosis of intestinal dysbacteriosis

人体肠道寄居着大量种类繁多的微生物,形成一个巨大的群落,称为肠道菌群。正常情况下,这些微生物群落维持着相对平衡的状态,共同参与宿主日常的消化吸收、免疫等生理功能。当外界或机体内环境的影响时,菌群的平衡状态被破坏而发生肠道菌群失调,引起或加重宿主致病。本文围绕粪便涂片诊断肠道菌群失调的研究进展进行综述,旨在提高粪便涂片对肠道菌群失调的诊断准确率,为临床诊治提供依据。

The human intestine tract hosts a large variety of microorganisms,forming a huge community called the intestinal flora. Under normal circumstances,these microbial communities maintain a relatively balanced state and participate in the daily physiological functions of the host such as digestion,absorption,and immunity. When affected by the external or internal environment,the balance state of the flora is destroyed and intestinal dysbacteriosis occurs,causing or aggravating the disease of the host. This paper reviews the research progress in the diagnosis of intestinal dysbacteriosis by fecal smear to improve the diagnostic accuracy of fecal smear on intestinal dysbacteriosis,so as to provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
