三级综合医院简易门诊慢性病患者健康管理需求调查

Investigation on the health management needs of patients with chronic diseases in simple outpatient clinics of a tertiary general hospital

目的通过分析简易门诊慢性病患者健康管理现状,了解慢性病患者健康管理需求。方法选择2017年1~7月在简易门诊就诊的患者1 160例,自行编制调查问卷进行调查。结果慢性病患者一般情况为1 160例患者中,男588例,女572例,对自身疾病不了解620例(53.45%),未接受慢病管理843例(72.67%),对健康教育需求迫切756例(65.17%),对健康教育知识需求较多的选项是用药指导(998例次,86.03%),选择健康教育讲座方式最多的是义务下社区健康宣教(883例次,76.12%)。结论简易门诊慢性病患者以老年人居多,文化程度较低,对健康教育需求迫切,建议加强医院-社区-家庭之间的交流互动,提高慢性病患者健康教育效果。

Objective To understand the health management needs of patients with chronic diseases by analyzing the current situation of health management. Methods A total of 1,160 patients who saw a doctor in simple outpatient clinic were enrolled in this study,and they were required to fill out a questionnaire. Results The general condition of patients with chronic diseases was as follows： of 1160 patients,there were 588 males and 572 females. In addition,620 patients（ 53. 45%） did not know about their own diseases,843（ 72. 67%） patients did not receive chronic disease management,and756（ 65. 17%） patients were in urgent need of healthy education. The most important option for health education knowledge was medication guidance,and the most popular method of health education was community health education. Conclusion Most of patients with chronic diseases who see a doctor in simple outpatient clinic are the elderly with poor education,and they are in urgent need for health education. It is suggested to strengthen the communication and interaction among the hospital,community and family,thereby improving health education for patients with chronic diseases.
