护理干预结合生活指导对高血压患者生活质量的影响

Effects of nursing intervention combined with life guidance on life quality of patients with hypertension

目的研究护理干预结合生活指导对高血压患者生活质量的影响。方法原发性高血压患者168例采用随机数字法分为观察组和对照组,每组84例。对照组患者按照病情给予内科治疗和常规护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上进行饮食、运动指导、院外用药等生活指导干预。随访3个月,比较2组患者干预后血压控制情况[收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)]、生活质量综合评定[采用生活质量综合评定量表(SF-36)]、治疗效果和并发症。结果护理后,观察组的SBP和DBP均明显低于对照组(P<0.01),血压控制有效率和服药规律情况均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),总并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),生活质量各指标评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论与单纯的护理干预相比,护理干预结合生活指导更能有效控制高血压患者的血压情况,并且能够更好的提高患者的生活质量,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effects of nursing intervention combined with life guidance on life quality of patients with hypertension. Methods A total of 168 patients with primary hypertensive patients who were treated in our hospital from June 2016 to December 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 84 patients in each group. The patients in control group were treated by routine treatment and nursing care,however,the patients in observation group,on the basis of control group,were treated by diet and exercise guidance,administration and life guidance outside hospital. After 3-month follow up,the blood pressure control status including SBP and DBP,life quality comprehensive evaluation（ SF-36）,curative effects and incidence rates of complications were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After nursing intervention,the levels of SBP and DBP in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group（ P〈 0. 01）,however,the blood pressure control rate and regular medication rate were significantly higher than those in control group（ P〈 0. 05）. Moreover the incidence rates of total complications in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group（ P〈 0. 05）,however,the life quality scores were significantly higher than those in control group（ P〈 0. 01）. Conclusion As compared with simple nursing intervention,the nursing intervention combined with life guidance can effectively control the blood pressure of patients with hypertension,and can improve life quality of patients,therefor,which is worth using widely in clinical practice.
