摘要
为了探究不同浓度萘乙酸(NAA)对扦插饲料桑生根的影响,开展了为期60d的试验。结果表明:浓度100mg/L生根粉NAA浸泡后扦插饲料桑的根部生长状况明显好于其他浓度生根粉NAA浸泡。扦插后自然生长60d后,其平均生根数最高达到了8.20条,平均根长8.4cm;而存活率则达到了94%。试验为饲料桑的推广与提升存活率提供了一定的数据与参考。
In order to explore the effect of NAA on rooting of feed mulberry cutting under different concentrations,a 60-day test was developed. The results showed that the root growth of mulberry cutting under the NAA concentration of 100 mg/L was significantly better than that of other concentrations. After natural growth of 60 days,the average number of rootings reached 8. 20,the average root length was 8. 4 cm,and the survival rate reached 94%. This experiment provides some data and reference for the promotion and improving survival rate in cutting of feed mulberry.
