红外线测温仪在牛体温测定中的效果观察 被引量:6

摘要 为了探讨(便捷式)红外线测温仪在牛体温测定中的应用效果,测量37头健康牛的肛周温度和直肠温度,采用自身对照的方法比较肛周温度和直肠温度之间的差异。结果,不同时间点测定的牛直肠温度和肛周温度变化范围分别是38.2℃~40.0℃和36.8℃~40.8℃;连续两天早、晚测得的平均直肠温度和平均肛周温度差异不显著(P>0.05),连续两天中午测得的平均直肠温度和平均肛周温度差异极显著(P<0.01);直肠温度变异系数均小于1,肛周温度变异系数均大于1。说明红外测温仪所测的体温稳定性不如水银温度计,环境温度对红外线测温仪的测温效果有一定影响,但红外线测温仪的测量结果比较可靠,尤其是在适宜的环境温度下,可作为初步筛选发热病牛的一种测温工具。 In order to investigate the effect of the infrared thermometer in the determination of bovine body temperature,the perianal temperature and rectal temperature of 37 healthy cattle were measured. The difference between perianal temperature and rectal temperature was compared by self-control method. The determination of different time points of the bovine rectal temperature and perianal temperature ranges were 38. 2℃ ~ 40℃ and 36. 8℃ ~ 40℃,respectively. There was no significant difference in mean rectal temperature and mean perianal temperature which were measured for two days morning and evening( P 〉0. 05),There was extremely significant difference in the mean rectum temperature and mean perianal temperature which were measured for two consecutive days at noon( P 〈0. 01),rectal temperature variation coefficient was less than 1,and temperature variation coefficient was more than 1.
