语言安全视角下的全球华语及其研究

Global Chinese and its research in the perspective of language security

语言安全是全球华语及其研究的一个重要视角。在此视角下,应当对全球华语的三大组成部分即中国大陆/内地的普通话、台港澳地区的"国语"及海外的"华语"统筹考虑,更应当分而观之,区分不同的具体情况。语言安全视角下的全球华语研究,目前应当以"一二三"框架为主体,即一个基本点(语言认同)、两条线索(全球华语从哪里来、向哪里去)和三个着力点(语言规划、语言保护、语言服务)。

Language security is an important research perspective of global Chinese.From this perspective,we should take three major components of global Chinese,namely mandarin in China's Mainland,mandarin in Taiwan,Hong Kong and Macao of China,and overseas Chinese into full consideration.We should also observe them separately,and distinguish different specific situations.The present research of global Chinese from the perspective of language security should center on the ＂onetwo-three＂framework,namely one basic point（language identity）,two clues（where the global Chinese is from and where to go）and three focuses（language planning,language protection,and language service）.
