环滇池地区城镇用地扩展特征及推进模式研究

On the characteristics of urban land-use expansion in the Dianchi area and its promotion models

以多时相Landsat TM/ETM/OLI卫星遥感影像为数据源,利用遥感和GIS技术提取环滇池地区5个时期(1990~1995、1995~2000、2000~2005、2005~2010、2010~2017年)的城镇用地信息,运用扩展动态分析法、象限方位分析法和同心圆分析法,对环滇池地区城镇用地扩展特征进行分析。结果表明:(1)环滇池地区城镇用地整体扩展态势明显,5个时段内城镇扩展强度指数依次为0.237、0.137、0.291、0.282、0.199,扩展特征呈现出显著的阶段性和波段性,东北和东南方向上城镇扩展速度较快,成为城镇扩展的主体方位;(2)不同时期城镇用地圈层扩展有明显的差异性,1990~1995年,距滇池沿线0~2km和2~4km范围内为城镇用地的主扩展区;1995~2000年,各圈层城镇用地扩展相对比较均匀;2000~2005年,整体扩展加速,距滇池沿线2~4km和4~6km范围内为城镇用地的主扩展区;2005~2010年,距滇池沿线4~6km和6~8km范围内为城镇用地的主扩展区;2010~2017年,在距滇池沿线2~4km和8~10km范围内为城镇用地的主扩展区。(3)受自然条件、社会经济、历史文化和政策等因素影响,城镇用地扩展主要体现出开发区推进、新城区建设推进,城中村改造推进和农村就地城镇化推进4种模式。

Using multi-temporal Landsat TM/ETM/OLI satellite remote-sensing images as the data source and GIS technology,the paper obtains the urban land-use expansion around the Dianchi area in five periods,1990-1995,1995-2000,2000-2005,2005-2010,and 2010-2017.Using dynamic analysis,range analysis and concentric quadrant analysis,it discusses the characteristics of this urban land-use expansion.It obtains the following results：1.The urban land-use expansion of the Dianchi area is conspicuous,while the urban expansion intensity indexes in the five periods are 0.237,0.137,0.291,0.282,and 0.199 respectively,and the expansion shows clear historical and geographical features,with the expansion in northeast and southeast areas as the leader.2.The urban land-use expansion circle has obvious difference,for the 1990-1995 period,the area from 0-2 km to 2-4 km close to Dianchi Lake was the dominant in expansion;the 1995-2000 period saw relatively smooth expansion in all areas;the 2000-2005 period saw an overall expansion,and the area from 2-4 km to 4-6 km close to Dianchi Lake was the dominant in expansion;for the 2005-2010 period,the area from 4-6 km to 6-8 km close to Dianchi Lake was the dominant in expansion;for the 2010-2017 period,the area from 2-4 km to 8-10 km close to Dianchi Lake was the dominant in expansion.3.The natural conditions,social economy,historical culture and policy implementation are the major factors which have resulted in the construction of four models of the urban land-use expansion：the promotion of development zones,the promotion of new urban areas,the transformation of urban villages and the promotion of urbanization in the rural areas.
