人类命运共同体视域下全球女性移民研究回顾与思考

A review of the studies of global female migrants in the perspective of a community of shared future for mankind

人类命运共同体是面对全球治理议题所发出的中国声音。性别平等是人类命运共同体思想价值体系中的一部分,既体现了中国特色社会主义妇女事业的实践与发展,又展示了中国对全球妇女发展事业的深度参与。全球女性移民作为移民问题和妇女发展交汇的治理主题,是人类命运共同体建设过程中亟须聚焦的群体。国际学界以移民女性化趋势为切入点,使移民研究在跨国空间中,从无性别视角过渡到性别化研究的新阶段。而作为国内人口流动大国,我国大陆学界在农村向城市流动妇女研究中产生丰富成果,也应该与边境地区的跨境妇女流动研究、台湾地区的女性移民研究一起被纳入全球女性移民研究的内涵中,并通过与台湾开展女性移民研究的学者交流对话,搭建跨越海峡两岸的移民研究共同体,扩大女性移民研究的对象和内容,积极吸纳国外最新理论和方法,最终构建全球女性移民研究的中国话语体系。

＂A community of shared future for mankind＂ is the voice of China facing the global governance issues.The gender equality consciousness is in the value system.As the intersection of migration and women＇s development,global female migrants have become the focused subject group during the construction of the community of shared future for mankind.With the review of the international and national studies on this group,this paper holds that the international studies on migrant women have developed from an non-gender perspective to the gender analysis,and the studies on domestic female migration from rural areas to the cities in China should be considered as a part of the global female migration research.It suggests that China should build its own discourse on the academic research on global female migration through building a migration-study community formed by the mainland of China and Taiwan of China,enriching the contents of female migration studies,and absorbing the brand-new methods and theories from the international studies.
