窄谱紫外线联合匹多莫德胶囊和卤米松软膏治疗白癜风疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Vitiligo with Narrow-spectrum Ultraviolet Combined with Pidocomidine Capsules and Hamasone Ointment

目的观察窄谱紫外线联合匹多莫德胶囊和卤米松软膏治疗白癜风的临床疗效。方法选取2016年5月-2016年8月我院皮肤科收治确诊为白癜风的患者40例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组各20例,对照组患者给予匹多莫德胶囊和卤米松软膏治疗,治疗组患者在对照组基础上给予NB-UVB311nm波长照射治疗,两组患者均治疗20周。比较两组患者的临床疗效和不良反应发生情况,并分别在治疗结束后第1、2、3个月随访一次,记录其复发情况。结果治疗组患者的临床治疗有效率为85.00%,明显高于对照组55.00%(χ~2=4.29,P<0.05);两组患者均未出现严重不良反应;治疗后3个月随访,对照组出现5例复发病例,治疗组出现2例复发病例,两组复发率(25.00%:10.00%)比较差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.69,P>0.05)。结论窄谱紫外线联合匹多莫德胶囊和卤米松软膏治疗白癜风短期临床疗效显著,不良反应少,但远期疗效仍有待进一步观察。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of narrow spectrum ultraviolet combined with pidotactam capsules and brassone ointment in the treatment of vitiligo. Methods In May 2016-2016 August,40 patients with vitiligo diagnosed in Department of Dermatology of our hospital were selected as the object of study,according to the random number table method was divided into control group and treatment group of 20 cases. The patients in the control group were treated with pamidomide capsules and brassone ointment,and the patients in the treatment group were treated with NB-UVB311 nm irradiation on the control group.Both groups were treated for 20 weeks. The clinical efficacy and adverse events were compared between the two groups,and the recurrence was recorded at the first and second transtrips at the end of the treatment. Results The effective rate of clinical treatment was 85.00% in the treatment group and 55.00%（χ^2=4.29,P〈0.05）. There were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups.There were no significant differences in recurrence rate between the two groups（25.00%：10.00%）. There was no significant difference between the two groups（χ^2=0.69,P〉0.05）. Conclusion The combination of paclitaxel and brassone ointment in the treatment of vitiligo has a significant clinical effect and less adverse reactions,but the long-term effect remains to be further observed.
