Case Analysis of Insurance Claims in Overseas Hydropower EPC Project

工程一切险(包括第三者责任险,简称"一切险")是工程保险最常用的险种。一切险对各种建设工程项目提供全面的保障,既对施工期间工程本身、施工机具、设备所遭受的损失予以赔偿,又承担因施工给第三方造成的财产或人身伤亡的赔偿责任。本文以2个海外水电EPC项目两宗出险和理赔为例,分析了保险索赔时的应对措施和注意事项。

Construction All Risks and Third Party Liability Insurance,is the most commonly used construction insurance. Construction All Risks and Third Party Liability Insurance provides comprehensive protection,both during construction of the project itself,construction machinery and equipment losses suffered by the compensation,but also for the construction of a third party caused by the property or personal injury compensation responsibility. In this paper,two overseas hydropower EPC projects are taken as examples to analyze the countermeasures and precautions during the insurance claim.
