From“Bookstart”to“Baby Reading Plan”——An Empirical Study on Children Reading Service of Suzhou Library

苏州图书馆于2011年启动"悦读宝贝计划",成为中国大陆地区首家"阅读起跑线"(Bookstart)的成员馆。文章介绍了苏州图书馆的"悦读宝贝计划",详细分析了其启动背景、孕育条件、实施过程、活动内容以及社会影响,希望藉此为我国的婴幼儿阅读服务提供新思路。

Suzhou library launched the＂Baby Reading Plan＂in 2011 and became the first mainland member of＂Bookstart＂which is the first global project guiding comprehension of reading dedicated for baby aged 0-3 years old. This article introduces＂Baby Reading Plan＂of Suzhou library, and makes a detailed analysis of the starting background, gestation conditions, implementation process, activities and social impact, and hope to provide new ideas for baby reading service in our country.
