Review and Comment on Teacher Education Policy of Shandong National Government after the Victory of the Anti-Japanese War

通过梳理民国时期山东国民政府相关的档案资料发现,抗战胜利后山东国民政府制定和实施了一系列恢复和发展师范教育的政策措施。这些措施为山东师范教育的恢复重建提供了有力的支持,一定程度上促进了山东师范教育事业的发展。由于当时政局混乱、内战爆发、政府财政濒临崩溃等原因,上述政策的实施效果大打折扣。回顾总结这段历史,不仅可以丰富山东近代教育史研究成果,而且对当今的教育政策与实践具有启示意义。

By combing the relevant archives of the Shandong National Government during the period of the Republic of China,the Shandong National Government formulated and implemented a series of policies and measures for the restoration and development of normal education. These measures provide a strong support for the restoration and reconstruction of normal education in Shandong,and to a certain extent,promote the development of Shandong normal education. However,due to the political chaos at that time,the outbreak of civil war,the government on the brink of collapse and other reasons,the implementation of the policy greatly reduced. Looking back at this history not only can enrich the research achievements of Shandong modern education history,but also has implications on today＇s education policy and practice.
