On Industrial Distribution and Regional Coordinated Development in the Key Zone on Silk Road

文章通过对新疆工业布局的特征以及其1997—2015年的工业总产值地区变异系数,从中发现新疆工业布局呈现了基本平稳、阶段性波动的特征;文章利用新疆15地州市1997到2015年的面板数据研究了影响新疆工业布局的主要影响因素,并得出以下结论:政策因素对于新疆的发展具有重要的推动作用;新疆的工业发展依然在很大程度上依赖于大型国有企业;对外开放水平的提高对工业布局也有正向的影响;实证表明投资对于新疆工业布局的影响有待进一步考量。在文章最后一部分就优化工业空间布局和促进区域协调发展提出了一系列模式与途径。

The paper analyzes the situation of the industrial distribution in Xinjiang and the coefficient of variationin the regions of gross industrial output value during the years 1977--2015 and finds that the industrial distribu-tion in Xinjiang is characterized by general stability and stage fluctuation. Based on the analysis of the data in 15 regions of Xinjiang during 1997--2015, the paper reaches a conclusion that the factor of national policies hasplayed an important role in improving the development of Xinjiang; the industrial development of Xinjiang has de-pended heavily on the large state-owned enterprises; the progress of opening up has had a positive influence on theindustrial distribution in Xinjiang; the influence of investment on the industrial distribution in Xinjiang has to befurther studied. The author proposes some measures to the optimization of the industrial distribution in Xinjiangand the promotion of regional coordinated development.
