On Primary School Ethnic Teachers' Application Ability of Web Educational Resources in Xinjiang

新疆小学全面推行国语授课,这对少数民族小学教师教学能力提出了新的要求,在小学普遍开展网络教育资源应用研究和培训,全面提升少数民族小学教师网络资源应用能力已成为提高小学教师教学能力的关键因素,文章对新疆少数民族小学教师网络教育资源应用能力现状及成因进行了调查分析,提出从营造网络资源应用的氛围,搭建网络资源应用的平台,构建支持老师专业化建设的自主学习模式三个方面提高新疆少数民族小学教师网络教育资源应用能力的对策。

The practice of teaching in Chinese language in Xinjiang imposes a new requirement for the primaryschool ethnic teachers in their teaching ability. The training on these teachers in the application of web educationalresources to raise the teachers＇ application ability has become the key to the promotion of the teachers＇ teachingability. The paper investigates the status of the ethnic teachers＇ ability in the application of web educational re-sources and proposes the measures in three aspects to raise these teachers＇ ability in the application of web edu-cational resources.
