气体冷却法压缩机测试装置的改进与应用

摘要 气体冷却法压缩机测试装置尺寸较大,易受试验室场地制约。本文在气体冷却法流程的基础上,对测试装置进行改进,提出近气环法流程,并阐述近气环法压缩机测试装置相关参数的控制方式。试验结果表明,被试压缩机在近气环法压缩机测试装置上运行稳定,工况参数在允许偏差范围内,达到测试要求。 The test equipment using gas cooling method which takes up large space,is prone to be restricted by the laboratory space.On the basis of the process of gas cooling method,the nearly steam cycle method is proposed to improve the test equipment,and the control mode of related parameters of the compressor test equipment using nearly steam cycle method is expounded.The test results show that the tested compressor runs stably on the test equipment using nearly steam cycle method,and the parameters of test conditions are within the allowable deviation range.The test results meet the test requirement.
