摘要 以木块气化多联产技术工艺的固体产物木块炭为原料,采用单因素试验方法,考察了胶黏剂添加量、原料炭粒径,对成型机制炭的理化特性、抗压强度、抗跌落强度的影响规律,以优化成型机制炭工业生产工艺。结果表明:随着胶黏剂添加量的增加、原料炭粒度的降低,成型炭的抗压强度、抗跌落强度增加,当胶黏剂添加量为4%,原料炭粒度在10~20目之间时,成型炭的抗压强度和抗跌落强度略高于对比样,且成本较低、外观良好。本研究为成型机制炭的工业化生产提供理论基础。 The solid product biochar of wood gasification polyco-production was used as the formed raw material.The industrial process of forming mechanism carbon was optimized. The single factor test method was adopted to investigate the influences of the additive amount of adhesive and the particle size of the raw materials on the physical and chemical properties,the compressive strength and the resistance to fall strength of the forming mechanism. Results showed that the compressive strength and anti-drop strength of the forming carbon were increased with the increase of the addition of adhesive and the particle size of the raw materials. When the amount of adhesive was 4%,the strength of the forming carbon was slightly higher than that of the comparison sample. The cost was low and the appearance was good. This study provided a theoretical basis for the industrialization of forming mechanism biochar.
