锰渣制多孔材料的制备及其对含汞废水的初步处理 被引量:3

摘要 以电解锰渣为原料,采用预处理-混料-陈化-成型-焙烧的方法制多孔材料,并用其对含汞废水进行初步处理的研究。多孔材料制备过程中考察烧结温度、保温时间和造孔剂含量对锰渣多孔材料气孔率、吸水率和体积密度的影响。试验结果表明,制取锰渣多孔材料的最佳条件为:烧结温度为1020℃,保温时间60 min,造孔剂碳粉含量为20%。用该锰渣多孔材料对模拟含汞废水中Hg2+进行吸附,同时对锰渣多孔材料的造孔剂进行了筛选,结果表明选用碳粉做造孔剂为最佳,Hg2+去除率达到56.5%。 The porous materials prepared from manganese slag by the method of pretreatment-mixing-aging-molding-roasting and its preliminary treatment on mercury-containing wastewater were mainly discussed. The effects of sintering temperature,holding time and pore-forming agent content on porosity,water absorption and bulk density of manganese slag porous materials were studied. The performance of manganese slag properties of porous materials was the best when the sintering temperature was 1020 ℃,holding time was 60 min,pore toner levels was 20%. The removal rate of mercury ions in the simulated mercury-containing wastewater was measured by the manganese slag porous material under the above conditions. The results showed the removal rate of Hg^(2+) was 56. 5% with carbon powder as pore-forming agent.
