荔枝草总多糖提取工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 建立最佳荔枝草总多糖提取工艺,以荔枝草中总多糖为考察指标,用Savage法进行脱蛋白,采用硫酸—苯酚法测定荔枝草中总多糖的含量,并在单因素考察的基础上,采用正交试验法确定最佳提取工艺,考察了料液比、提取时间、提取温度对荔枝草中多糖得率的影响。荔枝草多糖的最佳提取工艺条件为:料液比1∶40,在80℃下提取50 min,荔枝草中多糖得率为12.01 mg/g。优化后的提取工艺多糖提取率高,简单易操作,稳定性好,为更好的进行荔枝草多糖的研究提供了科学依据。 The optimum extraction conditions of polysaccharides from Salvia plebeia was set up. Total polysaccharide of Salvia plebeia was studied with Savage method to remove the protein and phenol sulfuric acid method and determine the content of total polysaccharide. Based on the single factor experiment of ratio of solid-liquid,extraction time,extraction temperature,the optimum extraction process was determined by orthogonal experiment. Results showed that optimum extraction conditions of total polysaccharides were as follows: ratio of solid-liquid was 1∶40,extraction temperature was80 ℃ and extraction time was 80 min,the extraction yield of total polysaccharide was 12. 01 mg/g. The extraction process was simple and easy to operate in good stability.
