摘要
以国内某厂将分壁精馏技术用于石脑油预分离的工程实践为例,对比传统精馏技术从设计角度分析了分壁精馏技术所具有的优势与不足,从工业投资、占地面积和能耗水平等三个方面上分壁精馏技术都占有优势;讨论了分壁精馏技术在工业化应用中的设计方案和技术特点,及分壁精馏技术在工业应用过程遇到的问题和对策,为分壁精馏技术在国内的工业化推广应用提供参考。
Taking the engineering design of a dividing wall column(DWC) in a domestic project as an example,and taking traditional distillation set as the comparison object,the advantages and disadvantages of DWC technology were discussed in the view of an engineer. DWC showed advantages in investment,layout area and energy consumption. The design proposal and technical characteristics of the DWC technology in industrial application were analyzed. Problems presented in application process and solutions were also discussed. It provided references for domestic industrial application of DWC technology.
