陕西省农业现代化发展路径研究

Study on the Development Path of Agricultural Modernization in Shaanxi Province

农业现代化是从传统农业向现代农业动态长期发展的过程。加快陕西省农业现代化进程,提升农业综合竞争力,研究其发展路径至关重要。参照第一层次农业现代化评价指标和标准,计算陕西省农业现代化评价指标值,发现陕西省农业现代化水平处于第一层次农业现代化阶段,还面临农业资源利用不合理,农业机械化程度不高,农业科技创新、推广和应用能力薄弱以及农业劳动力素质较低等问题。最后提出陕西省实现农业现代化的路径:一是充分合理利用资源,促进农业可持续发展;二是加强农业科技创新,加快农业现代化发展;三是抓住高校转型机遇,提升农业人力资源素质。

Agricultural modernization is the process of long-term development from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture. In order to accelerate the process of agricultural modernization in Shaanxi Province and enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of agriculture,It is very important to study the development path of agricultural modernization in Shaanxi Province.First of all, according to the evaluation index and standard of agricultural modernization in the first level, by calculating the evaluation index of agricultural modernization in Shaanxi Province, it is found that the level of agricultural modernization in Shaanxi Province is in the first stage of agricultural modernization, and the utilization of agricultural resources is not reasonable and the degree of agricultural mechanization is not high, agricultural science and technology innovation, promotion and application of weak capacity and low quality of agricultural labor and other issues.And finally put forward the path of Shaanxi Province to achieve agricultural modernization：First, the full rational use of resources to promote sustainable development of agriculture;Second, strengthen agricultural science and technology innovation;third is to seize the opportunities for transformation of colleges and universities to enhance the quality of agricultural human resources.
