空乘专业就业问题探析——以安徽师范大学空乘专业为例

Analysis on the Employment Problem of Flight Attendants——Flight Attendants in Anhui Normal University as an Example

近年来,由于我国航空事业飞速发展,空乘队伍不断扩大,在高校中出现了一股开办空乘专业的浪潮。在这股浪潮的背后,隐藏着很多问题,如学校培养人才的模式较为单一。现有的课程设置不利于解决毕业生就业困难问题,要改变这一现状,学校必须形成统一科学的学科体系,紧密与市场接轨,探索新的空乘人员培养模式。以南昌航空大学和海口经济学院为例,分别从专业基础与实践课程、通识类课程两个方面进行综合分析,指导安徽师范大学构建有特色的课程体系。探索新型的人才培养模式,改革原有的课程体系,使人才发展呈现多元化的路径,从而改变目前空乘学生就业难的现状。

In recent years, due to the rapid development of aviation industry in our country, the number of cabin crew has expanded.So, the major of flight attendant has coming into many colleges and universities. Behind the phenomenon, lots of problems have been arisen, such as school training mode is relatively single, the existing curriculum is not conducive to solve the problem of graduate employment difficulties. In order to change the environment, schools must form a unified scientific system, be closely with market practice, explore new flight attendant training mode. Taking Nanchang aviation university and Haikou economical college as an example, I want to find guidance professional curriculum system with distinctive features in Anhui normal university respectively from the professional basis and practice courses. Colleges explore the training mode, reform the original curriculum system, and make the talent development presents diversification path, so as to change the employment situation of flight attendant students.
