永磁异步磁力偶合器调速机构的研究 被引量:2

摘要 煤矿井下运输设备中,其刮板输送机和带式输送机在运行中容易因落煤太多或卡顿,易造成突然过载或堵转,导致传动机构或电动机损坏,或使设备使用寿命降低,而永磁异步偶合器具备较大技术优势。针对永磁异步磁力偶合器调速机构,设计了一种新型调速机构模型,计算了该机构模型的自由度。首先建立该调速机构的数学模型,采用Matlab编程进行动态分析,绘制出其运动曲线,然后利用Adams建模进行动态仿真分析,最后对两种结果进行对比分析,验证了所设计调速机构模型的正确性。 In the underground transportation equipment of the coal mine,the scraper conveyor and belt conveyor may cause suddenly overload or block due to the overmuch falling coal or stuck accidents in operation,cause damage to the transmission mechanism or motor,or reduce the service life of the equipment,the permanent magnet asynchronous coupling has great technical advantage. For the permanent magnet asynchronous magnetic coupling speed regulation mechanism,a new model of speed regulation mechanism was designed,and the degree of freedom of the mechanism was calculated. First,the mathematical model of the speed regulation mechanism was set up,the dynamic analysis was carried out by Matlab programming,and its motion curve was drawn. Then the dynamic simulation analysis was carried out by Adams modeling. Finally,the two results were compared and analyzed to verify the correctness of the model of the designed speed regulation mechanism.
