摘要
在煤矿井下的工作环境中,对材料运输车动力性能提出了更高的要求,尤其在整车设计过程中保证其动力性能,关键在于柴油发动机和液力变矩器的匹配合理性。通过对匹配后的柴油机和液力变矩器的性能进行评价分析、比较,从中选择使用匹配后动力性能较好的方式作为材料车的动力传动系统,对于工程实际和整车设计具有实际指导意义。
In the working environment of coal mine,higher requirement for the dynamic performance of the material transporter was carried out. Especially in the process of vehicle design to ensure its dynamic performance,the key depend on the matching rationality of the diesel engine and the torque converter. The performance of diesel engine and hydraulic torque converter after matching was evaluated, analyzed and compared. The power transmission system of the material vehicle was chosen from the way of using the better dynamic performance after matching. It has practical guiding significance for the engineering practice and the design of the whole vehicle.
