摘要 全断面矩形煤巷掘进机是一种全新的煤矿掘进设备,其刀盘截割机构由1个大刀盘和4个小刀盘层次空间组合布置而成,主要由中间突前的大刀盘进行截割,4个小刀盘起到截割修行装载的作用。使用3DMAX三维软件作为仿真平台,调用reactor动力学模块,对小刀盘截割装载进行了动力学仿真测试。通过试验结果,探索了影响装载效果的规律,为改进设计提供依据,得到最优设计。 The cutting mechanism of the full section rectangular coal lane roadheader cutter plate is combined by a large and four small cutter plate hierarchical space combination. It is mainly cut by the large knife plate before the middle process,and four small cutter plates play the role of cutting and loading. The 3 D software 3 DMAX was used as the simulation platform,and the reactor dynamic module was invoked,and the dynamic simulation test was carried out for the cutting and loading of the small cutter plate. Through the test results,the law of influencing the loading effect was explored,and the basis for design improvement was provided,and the optimum design was obtained.
