摘要
针对原德国生产的直流牵引电动机因运行时间较长而暴露出许多问题,从而影响了煤矿井下安全生产的问题,对此重新设计了电动机的结构、绝缘等主要部分。该电动机通过性能试验表明,其不仅结构紧凑,而且调速范围广,过载能力强,满足了煤矿井下运输工况恶劣的工作要求。
Aiming at the exposed problems of the previous DC traction motor from German due to the long running time,which has influence on the safe production of coal mine,the structure,insulation and other main parts of the motor have been redesigned. The performance test of the motor shows that it satisfies the requirement of the bad working conditions in the underground coal mine with compact structure,large speed range and strong overload capacity.
