摘要
针对马头洗选厂原有集中控制系统无法满足生产需求的问题,提出设计一种新的集中控制系统。主要从方案制定、初步设计、二次控制回路的优化、上位机界面的设计以及测试与使用等方面,介绍了该控制系统的创新技术及理念。经实际应用表明,该系统通过合理的启停车方案,实现了生产系统启停车时间及生产电耗、介耗的降低。通过对二次控制回路的优化,可使系统的稳定性、安全性大幅提高。该系统经测试与使用,取得了较好的经济效益。
Aiming at the problem that original centralized control system can not meet the demand of production in Matou coal preparation plant,put forward the necessity of establishing the new control system, designed a centralized control system. Based on the formulation of the program,the preliminary design,the optimization of the dual control loop,the design of the host computer screen,as well as testing and application,the innovative technology and idea of the control system were introduced. The practical application showed that,through the reasonable scheme of starting and stopping,the system realized the start-up and shutdown time of production system and the reduction of power consumption and dielectric consumption. Through the optimization of the dual control loop,the stability and security of the system were greatly improved. Through the test and use of the system,the parking interval between the equipment was flexibly adjusted,the parking scheme was optimized step by step,and better economic benefits were created.
