摘要
随着电力电子技术和材料技术的发展,原传统的由减速器和滚筒组成的电动滚筒的检验方法已不适应当前的矿用隔爆型永磁同步电动滚筒的检验方法,为此介绍了矿用隔爆型永磁同步电动滚筒的基本结构,通过研究分析其具体结构特征提出了一种适合于该产品的检验方案。通过了相关的测试表明,该检验方法不仅简化了测试过程、节省测试时间,而且测试结果更为准确。
With the development of electrical and electronic technology and material technology,the inspection method of the original electric roller composed of retarder and drum has not adapted to the inspection method of the current flameproof permanent magnet synchronous electric roller for mine. The basic structure of the permanent magnet synchronous electric roller for mining flameproof type was introduced. Through the study and analysis of its specific structural features,a test scheme suitable for the product was proposed. The test results showed that the test method not only simplified the test process,saved the test time,but also obtained the more accurate test result.
