逐淤清络散治疗输液相关性静脉炎的临床观察

THE CLINICAL OBSERVATION ON THE TREATMENT OF INTRAVENOUS PHLEBITIS OF TRANSFUSION BY ZHUYUQINGLUO SAN

目的探讨逐淤清络散外敷治疗输液相关性静脉炎的疗效。方法将90例静脉炎的患者随机分为3组,硫酸镁组30人采用硫酸镁进行外敷,云南白药组30人采用云南白药外敷,逐淤清络散组30人采用自拟组方逐淤清络散外敷,观察各组静脉炎的治疗效果、有效治疗率以及治愈时间。结果逐淤清络散组的症状好转时间、有效治疗率以及对静脉炎的治愈时间均优于硫酸镁组(P<0.05)和云南白药组(P<0.05)。结论逐淤清络散治疗输液相关性静脉炎的疗效优于硫酸镁和云南白药。

In order to explore the curative effect of treating infusion phlebitis by zhuyuqingluo sam,the 90 patients with phlebitis were randomly divided into three groups,there were 30 people in each group. Magnesium sulfate,yunnan baiyao and zhuyuqingluo san were respectively used for external application. The group of zhuyuqingluo san＇s recovery time,effective treatment rate and curing time of phlebitis were better than that of magnesium sulfate group（ P〈0. 05） and yunnan baiyao group（ P〈0. 05）. so we got the conclusion that the curative effect of the treatment of infusion phlebitis by zhuyuqingluo san was better than that of magnesium sulfate and yunnan baiyao.
