摘要
打击宗族恶势力犯罪是当前我国扫黑除恶专项斗争的重要任务。为能更有效遏制宗族恶势力犯罪体现宽严相济的刑事政策,认罪认罚从宽制度也应在其中得到广泛运用。法院围绕宗族恶势力犯罪认罪认罚案件展开具体审查判断时,必须确立真实性、自愿性、协商合法性三大标准。
Combat the clan vicious power crime is an important task for play black putting across our country to can-y special struggle now. In order to contain the clan vicious power crime and reflect the criminal legislation policy combination of strictness and lenience more effectively, the system of leniency should obtain wide application in it too. When the court carry out the concrete review judge in clan vicious power crime system of leniency, it must set up three standards, including truth, voluntary and consult validity.
