地方高校特色专业建设存在的问题与对策

PROBLEMS AND COUNTERMEASURES IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF CHARACTERISTIC SPECIALTY IN LOCAL COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES

特点和优势明显、专业人才符合地方发展需要、社会认同性强、社会信誉度高是地方高校特色专业建设的理想状态。然而,现实中特色专业建设还存在着专业特色不鲜明、建设效益不突出问题。因此,以明确学校的办学定位、奠定坚实的学科基础、建立稳定的扶持培育机制等为手段着力培育专业"特色",以建设高水平师资队伍、确定特色化的专业人才培养目标及培养方案、改革课程设置等为手段合理配置教育资源,以增强专业人才与市场变化的契合性、与地方经济社会发展的适应性为目的提高特色专业的建设效益,是推进地方高校特色专业建设的主要途径。

This paper analyzes the connotation, characteristics and functions of characteristic specialty in local college and university, puts forward the main contents of specialty construction in university, investigates the problems existing in the construction of characteristic specialties, and puts forward some main countenneasures for promoting the construction of characteristic specialties in university.
