摘要
介绍了加工中心主轴的松拉刀系统,针对松、拉刀时轴承受冲击载荷可能会损坏的问题,提出需要增加卸荷结构,并分析了轴承是否需要卸荷结构的判断依据,给出了常见的加工中心主轴卸荷结构。
The broaching and loosening system are introduced for spindle in machining center. The unloading structure is added to prevent damage of bearings under impact load during loosening and broaching. The criterion is analyzed whether unloading structure is needed,and the common unloading structure of spindle in machining center is given.
