摘要
介绍某型推力球轴承的结构和沟道淬火技术要求,分析改进前单排磁导体感应器的结构和淬火后出现的问题,改用双排磁导体感应器并改变冷却方式,多次工艺试验结果表明,改进后感应器满足了淬火技术要求,能够获得较深的硬化层深度。
The structure of a certain type of thrust ball bearings and technical requirements for raceway quenching are introduced. The structure before improvement and problems after quenching of single-row magnetic conductor inductor are analyzed. The double-row magnetic conductor inductor is used and the cooling mode is changed. The results of multiple process tests show that the improved inductor meets technical requirements of quenching,and the hardened layer with a deeper depth is obtained.
