城市地下管线综合管理信息系统设计探讨

Discussion on Design of Underground Pipeline Integrated Management Information System

本文以北京市地下管线基础信息普查信息系统开发项目为背景,分析了北京市地下管线综合管理信息系统建设的必要性。文章通过对北京市现有数据资源与相关系统进行整合,分析了城市日常管理对管线综合管理信息系统功能的需求。文章提出了地下管线综合管理信息系统应包含从最开始的管线数据采集,到管线成果数据质量检验,再到管线数据入库进行维护管理与最终管线成果数据共享应用等各阶段功能模块,并对各功能模块所包括的功能和使用对象进行了介绍。

Based on the background of Beijing underground pipeline infrastructure information system development project,this paper analyzes the necessity of the construction of the integrated management information system of underground pipelines in Beijing.Based on the integration of the existing data resources and related systems in Beijing,this paper analyzes the demand of the daily management of cities for the functions of the integrated pipeline management information system.This paper proposes that the integrated management information system of underground pipeline should include the functional modules from the beginning of the pipeline data collection,to the quality inspection of the data of the pipeline,and to the maintenance management of the pipeline data,and the application of the data sharing of the final pipeline results.The functions and objects of each functional module are also introduced.
