山东半岛智慧城市群建设水平评价研究

Evaluation of the Construction Level of the Intelligent City Group in Shandong Peninsula

通过结合智慧城市群的现有成果,以及山东半岛城市群的战略规划,对山东半岛智慧城市群建设发展的影响指标进行分析.在构建评价指标体系的基础上,采用因子分析法定量地对2012—2016年样本城市相关指标数据进行分析.依据提取的主成分因子得分系数对样本城市进行排名,对比不同城市的综合排名以及城市间不同因子的排名分析当前发展山东半岛智慧城市群仍存在的问题,并提出适宜发展的建议措施.

Combined with existing research results and the strategic planning of the urban agglomeration in Shandong Peninsula,the influence index of Shandong peninsula city group wisdom collaborative development were analyzed. Based on constructing the evaluation index system,we used factor analysis to quantitatively analyze the index data of sample cities from 2012 to 2016. We rank the sample cities by the extracted principal component factor score coefficient,compared the ranking of different cities and the ranking of different factors among different cities,and analyzed the problems that exist in the development of Shandong Peninsula smart city group,and put forward suggestions for development.
