摘要
为鲜食葡萄品种的推广及耐寒性杂交育种亲本的选择提供参考依据,选取丽红宝、晶红宝、秋红宝、晚黑宝、早黑宝、无核翠宝和早康宝7个葡萄品种的1年生枝条,测定不同低温处理下的相对电导率、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖、游离脯氨酸、丙二醛含量及过氧化物酶活性等抗寒性相关指标,应用隶属函数法综合评价其抗寒性。结果表明:不同葡萄品种间的抗寒性存在差异,7个葡萄品种的相对电导率随温度降低呈递增趋势,半致死温度介于-10.1^-14.9℃;抗寒性强弱依次为无核翠宝(0.53)>丽红宝(0.52)>晚黑宝(0.47)>早黑宝(0.46)>秋红宝(0.45)>早康宝(0.43)>晶红宝(0.41)。
The relative cold resistance indexes(relative conductivity,soluble protein,soluble sugar,free proline,MDA and peroxidase activity)of the branches with one year old of seven table grape varieties(Lihongbao,Jinghongbao,Qiuhongbao, Wanheibao,Zaoheibao, Wuhecuibao and Zaokangbao)were determined and then cold resistance of seven table grape varieties was evaluated by the subordinate function method to provide a reference for popularization of table grape varieties and selection of cold tolerance parents.Result:There is a difference in cold resistance among seven grape varieties.The relative conductivity of seven grape varieties presents a rising trend with temperature reduction and the half lethal temperature of seven grape varieties is between-10.1℃and-14.9℃.The cold resistance of seven grape varieties is Wuhecuibao(0.53) Lihongbao(0.52) Wanheibao(0.47) Zaoheibao(0.46)Qiuhongbao(0.45) Zaokangbao(0.43)Jinhongbao(0.41).
