不同菌剂发酵菌渣有机肥对烤烟产量及抗病性的影响 被引量:5

Effects of Mushroom Residue Organic Fertilizers Fermented with Different Bacteria Agents on Flue-Cured Tobacco Yield and Disease Resistance

摘要 为食用菌菌渣的综合利用及发酵菌渣有机肥在烤烟生产上的合理应用提供参考,以食用菌废弃菌渣为原料,添加EM菌剂及EM菌剂+20%光合细菌发酵制成有机肥,采用田间大区对比试验研究施用不同菌剂发酵菌渣有机肥对烤烟农艺性状、产量及抗病性的影响。结果表明:施用添加EM菌剂+20%光合细菌发酵有机肥对促进烤烟生长发育、增加烟叶产量、提高上等烟叶比例和降低植株发病率等方面的效果均优于施用添加EM菌剂(CK)发酵有机肥的烟株,且烟叶产量比CK提高11.88%,上等烟叶比例增加25%,烤烟黑胫病和花叶病的发生率降低5百分点。施用添加EM菌剂+20%光合细菌发酵菌渣的有机肥有利烤烟生长发育、提高烟叶产质量和增强烟株抗病能力。 Effects of mushroom residue organic fertilizer on agronomic traits,yield and disease resistance of flue-cured tobacco were discussed by a field contrast experiment in order to provide references for comprehensive utilization of mushroom residue and production of flue-cured tobacco.And the mushroom residue organic fertilizers were produced with mushroom dregs as raw material,added with EM bacteria agent,and EM bacteria agent plus 20% photosynthetic bacteria during the composting.Results:Applying mushroom residue organic fertilizer composted with EM bacteria agent plus 20% photosynthetic bacteria could enhance the growth and development,improve the proportion of high class leaves,and reduce infection rate,better than that composted with EM bacteria agent.The yield and high-class leaves were respectively 11.88% and 25% higher than the control,the infection rate of black shank and mosaic disease were five percents lower than the control.Application of mushroom residue organic manure composted with EM bacteria agent plus 20% photosynthetic bacteria could be more favorable to growth and development of flue-cured tobacco,and improve the yield,quality and disease resistance of plants.
