摘要 为黎平县茶叶重金属安全性评价提供科学依据,对茶叶中Pb、Cd、Cr、Hg、As和Cu 6种重金属进行含量测定,评价茶叶重金属污染状况,评估茶叶中重金属对人体健康的风险。结果表明:黎平茶叶6种重金属含量均未超过国家现行标准,重金属综合污染指数<0.7,为安全水平;茶叶中重金属平均个人年健康风险值为1.0×10^(-11)~2.6×10^(-7),健康风险值依次为Cd>Cu>Cr>Pb,重金属含量未对人体构成伤害,引起的健康危险性弱,不会对暴露人群构成明显危害。 The Pb,Cd,Cr,Hg,As and Cu content in tea produced in Liping County was detected to evaluate the contamination status of heavy metals in tea and risk of heavy metals in tea to human health and to provide the scientific basis for safety evaluation of heavy metals in tea produced in Liping County.Result:The Pb,Cd,Cr,Hg,As and Cu content in tea is lower than the current national standard and the comprehensive contamination index of heavy metals is less than 0.7 with a safety level.The average person annual health risk value of heavy metals in tea is 1.0×10^-11-2.6×10^-7 and the health risk is Cd CuCrPb.In conclusion,the content of heavy metals in tea with a weak health danger does not harm to human body,which indicates that the content of heavy metals in tea produced in Liping County does not form the obvious harm to the exposed population.
