自发伸长涤纶复合丝的制备及其影响因素

摘要 以高收缩纱线33T-12-FDY为芯纱、超细预取向丝35T-96-POY为鞘纱,设计制备出自发伸长涤纶复合丝,并对鞘纱松弛热处理温度、超喂率及牵伸倍率进行探讨。结果表明,即使热处理的温度不同,沸水收缩率也会随着超喂率的提高而呈逐渐减小的趋势,沸收后的自发伸长率均会随着超喂率的提高而呈逐渐增大的趋势。而在相同的超喂率下,温度越高沸水收缩率越小,自发伸长率越低。根据总体伸长率情况,最终确定选用温度为185℃、超喂率40%、POY不延伸的加工工艺。 The self-extensible polyester composite filament was prepared by using the high-shrinkage yarn( 33 T-12-FDY) as the core yarn and the superfine POY( 35 T-96-POY) as the sheath yarn. The shrinkage temperature,over feeding ratio and drafting ratio were discussed. And the results showed that,1. boiling water shrinkage reduced gradually with the increase of over-feeding ratio even if heat treatment temperature was different; 2. the self-extensible ratio of the composite filament after boiling processing increased gradually with the increase of over-feeding ratio;3. under the same over-feeding ratio,the higher temperature,the less shrinkage ratio and the lower self-extensible ratio. The optimal parameters( 185 ℃,40% over-feeding rate and no stretching of POY) were established by analyzing the experimental results.
