电池储能运行策略对系统Well-being指标及风电消纳能力的影响 被引量:2

摘要 提出了一种电池储能系统有序放电运行策略,考虑风电出力不确定性、尾流效应、电池故障率等因素,对风储联合发电系统进行Well-being分析。算例表明,在风电超出允许接入比例,而系统吸收允许接入的风电后仍处于缺电状态时,该策略能提高系统的风电消纳能力,并进一步提高系统可靠性。此外,还进一步研究了该储能运行策略下,储能系统容量、电池最大充放电功率以及风电允许接入比例等因素对发电系统Well-being指标的影响。 This paper presents an orderly discharging strategy of battery storage system. Taking the output uncertainty of wind power,wake effect and the failure rate of battery into account,this paper analyzes Well-being indices of generation system containing wind farm and battery energy storage system. Case studies show that the proposed strategy is capable of increasing wind power accommodation and improving Well-being indices of generation system when wind power exceeds the penetration limit and at the same time generation system is short of power after absorbing obtainable wind power. Moreover,this paper also studies the impacts of storage system capacity,charging and discharging power of BESS and wind power penetration on Well-being indices of generation power system.
