摘要
目的研究艾灸对D-半乳糖所致衰老大鼠脑组织抗氧化能力的影响。方法雄性SD大鼠采用D-半乳糖皮下注射制备亚急性衰老大鼠模型,随机数字表法分为模型组、艾灸组、吡拉西坦组,每组保证10只,设置正常组10只作为对照。分光光度法检测大鼠脑组织SOD活性、MDA水平的变化。结果与正常组相比,模型组大鼠脑组织SOD活性降低,MDA水平升高。与模型组相比,艾灸组大鼠脑组织SOD活性升高,MDA水平下降。结论艾灸可通过增强衰老大鼠脑组织抗氧化能力,达到延缓衰老的目的。
Objeetive:To study the efteet of moxibustion on the anti -oxidative eapaeity of brain tissue in D- galaetose -induc, ed ag- ing rats. Methods : Male SD rats were subc, utaneously injeeted with D - galactose to establish the subaeute aging rat models. The 40 rats were randomly divided into the D -galactose injection group( u = 10) ,the D -galactose injection with moxibustion group( u = 10) ,the D - galaetose injection with piraeetam group( u = 10 )and the untreated group as control( n = 10)following the random number table. The spectrophotometry was applied to detect the changes of SOD aetivity and MDA level in the rat brains. Results : Diminished SOD activity and ele- vated MDA level in the rat brains were shown with injection of D - galactose in contrast to the baseline in the untreated group,as moxibus- tion treatment was able to reverse the changes of SOD activity and MDA level. Conelusion: Moxibustion therapy can attenuate the aging process by increasing anti -oxidative eapac, ity in rat brains.
