摘要
柔性铰链作为导向机构在快速刀具伺服装置中得到广泛的应用,柔性铰链的结构参数设计是快速刀具伺服装置设计中的重要部分。针对三自由度串联式快速刀具伺服装置中柔性铰链导向机构设计,提出了基于遗传算法的柔性铰链参数优化设计方法。首先,根据三自由度快速刀具伺服装置工作时的运动特征,建立动力学模型;然后根据精密加工过程中柔性铰链作为三自由度快速刀具伺服装置导向机构应具备的要求,建立使柔性铰链3个方向刚度最大的目标函数以及约束条件;最后运用遗传算法优化设计柔性铰链,得到最优柔性铰链结构参数。
Flexible hinge is widely used in fast tool servo,the design of the flexible hinge is an important part in the design of fast tool servo. A flexible hinge's parameteroptimization design method based on genetic algorithm was proposed for the design of flexible hinge guiding mechanism in three degree-of-freedom tandem fast tool servo. Firstly,according to the kinematic characteristics of three degree-of-freedom fast tool servo,the dynamic model was established. Then,according to the requirements of the flexible hinge as the guide mechanism of three degree-of-freedom fast tool servo in precision machining,the objective function and the constraint condition of maximum stiffness of flexible hinge in three directions were established. Finally,genetic algorithms was used to optimize the design of flexible hinges,obtaining the optimal parameters.
