摘要
详细分析水平分型覆膜砂制芯机的工艺过程,开发了可编程控制的全气压驱动制砂机。该设备采取两路独立的供气系统,通过自行设计的射砂薄膜气缸,实现生产过程的全自动化,能够生产形状复杂、尺寸精度高的多种覆膜砂砂型,提高了砂型的产品质量和生产效率。
The technological process of horizontal parting sand core machine was analyzed in detail. A programmable controlled pneumatic sand core making machine was designed. In the equipment,two independent air pressure supply systems were adopted. By designing sand shooting film cylinder,full automation of the production process was realized. A variety of coated sand mold with complex shape and high precision could be produced. The product quality and production efficiency are improved.
