摘要
为了提高轻型卡车串联型液压混合动力车辆的燃油经济性,提出一种液压混合动力车辆系统控制导向非线性数学模型。该系统数学模型将串联型液压混合动力车辆视为多端输入和多端输出系统:输入由发动机节气门开度、液压泵排量和最大排量以及机械制动转矩组成;输出由发动机速度、发动机转矩、蓄电池压力、车辆速度和燃油流量组成。设计线性二次型积分控制器并且应用于提出的串联型液压混合动力车辆模型上,能够实现低液面控制器输出随动控制。仿真结果表明所设计的数学模型和控制策略能有效节约发动机燃油消耗,操纵性能良好。
In order to improve the fuel economy of light truck series hydraulic hybrid vehicle,a control guidance nonlinear mathematical model of hydraulic hybrid vehicle was proposed. In the mathematical model,a series hydraulic hybrid vehicle was regarded as a multi input and multi output system. The input was composed of the engine throttle opening,hydraulic pump displacement and maximum displacement,and the mechanical braking torque. The output was composed of engine speed,engine torque,accumulator pressure,vehicle speed and fuel flow rate. Quadratic integral liner( LQI) was designed,it was applied to the series hydraulic hybrid vehicle model,by which the control of the output of the low level controller could be realized. The simulation results show that the mathematical model and the control strategy can be effectively used to save the fuel consumption of the engine,and the control performance is good.
