摘要
液压机构能简单、有效地解决注塑模具结构中的动力源问题。介绍液压机构在抽芯和3种典型顶出机构中的工作原理和工艺适用性,总结了液压机构在注塑模具结构设计中的设计原则和注意事项,为广大模具设计爱好者提供参考。
Hydraulic mechanism can be used to solve power supply problem in the structure of injection die simply and effectively. The working principles and technological applicabilities of hydraulic mechanism in the core-pulling and three types of the structure of die were described. The design principles and experience about hydraulic mechanism in the design of injection die were summarized. It provides some reference for molding designer.
