喷枪微量润滑冷却在数铣中的应用

摘要 针对传统浇注式冷却浪费严重的问题,通过采用喷枪和空气压缩机来实现微量润滑冷却,调节喷枪旋钮就可改变进气量和冷却液的大小,在提高润滑冷却效果的同时大大减少了冷却液的使用量,既降低了生产成本,又有利于保护环境。利用喷枪改造的微量润滑系统具有结构简单、成本低、使用方便的特点,适用于各种数控机床机床和普通机床。 Aiming at serious waste problem of traditional casting cooling,spray gun and air compressor were used to achieve micro lubrication,adjusting the spray gun knob could change the air intake and cooling liquid in size,so the lubrication cooling effect was improved and the amount of coolant was greatly reduced. Not only the production cost is reduced,but also it is conducive to protect environment. The micro lubrication system which is transformed by spray gun has the characteristics of simple structure,low cost and convenient use. It is suitable for various CNC machine tools and common machine tools.
