故障诊断一种时间自动矫正的方法

针对电网子站端保护/测控装置GPS对时不准导致主站端接收到的事件时标不统一,容易对主站端进行电网故障诊断分析造成诊断结果的错误。文章提出了一种主站端时标自动矫正的方法 ,自动对导致故障跳闸的各保护装置时标以及开关动作的时标进行修正,避免由于分析数据源时间基准的不统一导致故障分析无法正常进行的情况,避免由于时标错乱很难快速定位故障的难题,提高电网故障诊断的准确度,减轻调度和监控人员的工作压力。

In view of the time of event received by the host station is not unified for the GPS time of protection/measurement and control equipment is in accuracy in substation, It is easy for maccuracy the host station to carry out the incorrect results of the fault diagnosis of the power grid. This paper proposes a method of automatic correctes the time of host station, automatically correctes the time of the protection equipment and the time of the events of breaker. It avoids the fault analysis cannot be carried out normally due to the analysis of the data source is lacked of unity of time base, avoids difficulty to locate the fault due to the time of event is disorganized. It improves the accuracy of power grid fault diagnosis, reduces the working pressure of the dispatching and monitoring personnel.
