摘要
根据核电厂的法规和设计规范,采用基于分散式数据采集技术、计算机技术、数据通讯技术、网络技术开发了我国首套应用于核电站的热力性能在线监控与分析系统(KTS)。该系统共计设计了涉及到20个系统,共约200个测点的庞大在线监测分析系统(单台机组),通过数年的运行实践证明核电站热力性能在线监测与分析系统(KTS)实现了实时监测、性能计算、偏差分析、工况寻优、试验平台、数据统计和生产报表共计七大功能,各项性能指标满足要求。作为我国首套成功应用于核电站的在线监控与分析系统,其为核电机组的可靠安全运行、保证机组效率、提高机组出力,提供强力支撑。
According to the regulations and specification of nuclear power plant, this article develops domestic first set of nuclear power plant thermal performance online monitoring and analysis system(KTS), based on the distributed data acquisition technology, computer technology, data communication technology, network technology. KTS system designs about 200 test points of huge monitoring and analysis system(single nuclear power unit) which involves 20 systems. Through several years of operation and practice, it proves that KTS system realizes the function of real-time monitoring, performance calculation, deviation analysis, working condition optimization, test platform, data statistics and production report. All the performance parameters of KTS system meet the design and unit requirements. Online monitoring and analysis system first applies to domestic nuclear power unit successfully, provides the force support for reliable and safe operation, guarantees unit efficiency, boosts unit power.
