摘要
为满足电网运行调度工作的需要,已完成调度自动化、配电自动化等各类自动化系统的建设运行,实现了对全省电网输配电信息的采集监控,同时也积累了大量的电网运行数据。提出了基于CIM标准的电网规划仿真系统,通过研究调度自动化、配电自动化系统信息模型及数据特点,构建基于CIM标准的一体化规划信息模型规范,在线接入各类自动化系统的信息模型和运行数据,通过模型拼接构建一体化规划基础数据中心。深入分析电网规划研究需求场景,设计实现规划数据分析模型,实现自助式数据可视化分析工具。同时基于规划态模型及数据服务实现电网规划管理工具,满足电网规划创建、修改及对比分析需求。
In order to meet the needs of power grid operation and dispatching, the construction and operation of various automation systems, such as dispatching automation, distribution automation, etc. has completed, the collection and monitoring of transmission and distribution information in the whole province are achieved, and a large number of power grid operation data is accumulated. A simulation system for power grid planning based on CIM standard is proposed. through the research, dispatching automation and distribution automation system information model and data characteristics, the CIM standard specification based on integrated planning information model is constructed, it can accesses information model and data online to all kinds of automation system, basic data integration planning center is also constructed through the model splicing. The demand scene of power grid planning research is deeply analyzed, and the planning data analysis model is designed and realized, and the self-help data visualization analysis tool is realized. At the same time, the power grid planning and management tools based on the planning model and data service can be realized to meet the requirements of the establishment, modification and comparative analysis of the power grid planning.
